Paul Andrews, Senior Pastor -
Paul's passionate preaching and biblically based sermons enrich and inspire the body of believers here at Faith Family Church. He and his wife Judy have been serving the Lord in minsitry for more than 30 years, and founded Faith Family Church with the goal of creating a Christ centered atmosphere of worship and biblical learning. Come, listen, and be inspired to grow in your walk with Christ.
Judy Andrews, Church Administrator, Music Director - Judy Andrews has been at her husband's side since the inception of Faith Family Church in 2002, and she serves as the Church Administrator and Music Director. She loves being in ministry, especially watching folks grow in their love for the Lord and His Word. She is praying that this year will be FCC's best year yet!
Sarah Sleet, Children's Ministry Director - Sarah moved to Maryland from Kentucky in 2006 to serve on staff at FFC as Director of Children's Ministry and Women's Ministry. She enjoys ministering to women and children through discipleship and encouragement. Sarah's greatest desire is to see women and children know Christ and become passionate about their relationship with Him. She enjoys music, classic Coke, chocolate, and chick-flicks.
Bob Kuehl, Lay Pastor - Bob serves at Faith Family Church with great pleasure. Pastor Paul called him to work along side him and his wife at the start of the ministry. He thinks of it as a great privilege to take part in the work God is doing here. He is using and developing his talents in ministries such as choir, drama, Celebrate Recovery, and teaching. He never feels more at home than when he's at Faith Family Church.
Becky Kuehl, Team Member - Becky has had the privilege of serving at Faith Family Church since its inception. For her, the folks here truly are her family. She became a Christian as a teenager, but has experienced the most spiritual growth since she became a member here. Her desire is that more folks would join the family and will discover what God has in store for them.
Grace Shank, Church Treasurer - Grace is the treasurer here at the church. She's got a good head on her when it comes to good stewardship, and is always seen around with a smile. She can be found singing in choir, or on the praise team, in small groups, or found humming happily around the church!
Here are the leaders of some of the other ministries here at the church.
Randy Cotter, Worship Minister, Website Administrator - Randy Cotter is our worship leader here at Faith Family, and he leads the praise band with music and singing during the services. Randy joined us in January of '09 and has truly enjoyed his time here at our church. Randy has a heart for leading people into God's presence through singing! He developed and maintains our church website during his fulltime job at SCD Information Technology.
Glenn and Ashley Ebersole, Youth Directors - Glenn and Ashley have been happily married for almost 7 years. Glenn graduated from Lancaster Bible College in 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in Youth Counseling/Ministry. Ashley graduated from Lancaster Bible College in 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in General Ministry. Ashley has worked extensively with special needs children, primarily children with autism. They have been working with the teens at FFC for over 5 years.
Kenn and Michelle Steen, Youth Directors - Kenn and Michelle met while working with young adults in the non-denominational organization called Maryland Chrysalis. This organization consists of weekend retreats open to high school and college-aged people interested in strengthening their relationship with Christ. Kenn was the lay director for this organization for a year while Michelle served on some of the weekends.
